the star ferry is one of hong kong’s most recognizable landmarks and really whenever i want to feel like i’m back in hong kong, a ride across victoria harbour is in the cards. i love the fact that, like the tram (or ‘ding ding’) it is both viable daily commuter transport AND one of the great tourist attractions in the city.
