Hood to Coast Competition

In Oregon, there’s a very well known 300 km long relay race named Hood to Coast where one is part of a 12 person team to get from Mt. Hood to the Oregon Coast. Actually, there was a documentary a couple of years ago – and the trailed explains it much better than I could.

As we’re a running company first and foremost, our office is sponsoring a team to fly to Oregon and participate. The chances of going aren’t great – its about 100 people competing for those 12 spots, but one of the first parts of the contest is to put together a video – so here’s my team’s.

IF we get chosen, second round of cuts is next Wednesday and it will be a physical challenge.

Nice work. There was an ad for Philips and I thought that was part of your opening sequence and thought “wow”! Then your video came on and I thought “not bad”. Was it all shot on an iPhone? Best of luck. 100 people competing for 12 slots is better than “not great”. Chances of winning the lottery are not great!

By the way, your blog is the number one referral site to my blog ahead of Google. 16 visits in the last week alone. So thanks for that!
